Privacy Policy
Last updated 20 October 2026
This policy explains what Phone Cash AI does with information when you use phonecashai.com and the member area at https://phonecashai.com/members/. Phone Cash AI is a private company. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with any government entity, bank, employer or payment processor, with any social media platform, or with the third-party affiliate programs listed in the member area.
The short version
- We do not run an analytics service, an advertising pixel or any other tracking script on these pages.
- The member area keeps your progress and your commission entries in your own browser only. They are never sent to us.
- Your payment details are handled by Explodely, the payment gateway. We never see or store your card number.
- We do not sell or rent information about you to anyone.
What the member area stores in your browser
The member area is a set of plain pages with a small script. Everything it remembers is written to your own browser's local storage on your own device. It stays on that device, it is not transmitted to Phone Cash AI or to anyone else, and we cannot read it. That includes:
- Your start-here checklist progress — which setup steps you have ticked off.
- Your commission tracker entries — the date, program name, amount and pending/paid status of each commission you log, plus the totals the page works out from them. If you use the CSV export button, the file is built inside your browser and saved straight to your device; it is not uploaded.
- The email address you type into the member area sign-in, along with a flag that records that you have signed in and a flag that records whether you have already seen the welcome offer. The sign-in exists so the member pages open for you and not for a stranger with the link; it is not an account on a server, and the address is not sent to us by that form.
- Small page-state values on the sales pages, such as your questionnaire answers and an offer timer, so a page behaves consistently if you reload it.
Because all of this lives in your browser, clearing your browsing data, using private browsing, or switching to a different browser or device will clear it, and your checklist and tracker will start empty there. We have no copy to restore.
Information we do receive
- Email you send us. If you write to [email protected], we have your email address and whatever you put in your message, and we keep it so we can answer you and keep a record of support and refund requests.
- Purchase records from Explodely. When you buy, Explodely processes the payment and tells us that an order was made, with the name and email you gave at checkout and the product bought. We never receive your full card number, and we never store card details.
No analytics and no advertising pixels
At the time of this update there is no analytics tool, advertising pixel, remarketing tag, session recorder or similar tracking script in these pages. We do not set our own cookies to follow you around. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.
Other companies whose code or services are involved
- Google Fonts. Our pages load the Open Sans typeface from Google's font servers, so your browser makes a request to Google to fetch the font file. That request carries the ordinary technical details any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type. Google's own privacy terms cover it.
- Explodely. Checkout, billing and refunds run through Explodely, the payment gateway. Charges appear on your statement under Explodely. Anything you enter on an Explodely checkout or support page is covered by Explodely's own privacy policy, not this one.
- The affiliate programs listed in the member area. These are 13 free-to-join programs run by independent third-party companies. You join them directly and give your details to them, under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not a party to that, we do not receive your application, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
- Our web host. As with any website, our host handles the technical request that serves you a page.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not build advertising profiles about you. We do not read your member area data, because it never leaves your browser.
Keeping and deleting information
Support email is kept as long as we need it to handle your request and to keep a record of orders and refunds. Data stored in your browser is yours to delete at any time by clearing your browser's data for this site. To ask what support correspondence we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, write to [email protected]. Order and refund records held by Explodely are subject to Explodely's own policies and retention rules.
Children
This site and the membership are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
Pages are served over an encrypted connection and payment details go straight to Explodely rather than to us. No system can be promised to be perfectly secure, and data you keep in your own browser is only as protected as the device it sits on.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
